(in English) Judgment of the temporal order of two sensory signals tends to change, depending on prior experiences. There are two possible perceptual changes that depend on experiences: Bayesian calibration and lag adaptation. Bayesian calibration exaggerates the more frequent events in the prior experiences, whereas lag adaptation ignores them. However, which type of perceptual change is observed has been varied among the modalities and studies. Here we provide the first evidence that both Bayesian calibration and lag adaptation are at work in audiovisual temporal order judgments.
