An Estimation Method of the Calendar Missing Events Using the Plural Schedules and Location Information

(in English) In this manuscript, the estimation method to supplement an omission of events in the calendar was proposed, to achieve the communication arranged with the convenient timing for someone to talk without any prior appointment. Because events in the calendar are manually registered, in general, events are often incorrect or are not registered. The estimation methods to supplement an omission of events using both the event list of other users in same group and the information who attend the meeting are proposed. It is shown using the experimental evaluation, that the loss rate was able to be decreased from 71.3% to 16.9%. It was shown two results using the simulation-based evaluation. First, the loss rate can be decreased from about 70% to about 10%. Second, the estimation accuracy lowers suddenly when the lack of the participant list exceeds 40%.
