Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The purpose of this study is proposing the authentication method based of features of writing for detecting impersonation of examinees in e-Test. We discuss an multiple choice e-Test system that confirms the examinee authentication periodically during the test. In the system, we assume that examinees write their choices of answers using pen tablets. We applied the dynamic programming (DP) matching to calculate the dissimilarity of the dynamic features of writing which are captured by pen tablets under the environment assumed realistic exam, and evaluated its applicability for examinee authentication. In our experiments with two groups, the percentages of correctly authenticated answers are 90.8 % and 89.2% respectively. These results suggest that the DP matching is applicable for examinee authentication.
