Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The study aims at fabrication a possible organic thin film electrode of the impedance measurement for the achievement of the odor sensor. The part that selectively recognizes the molecule and the transducer part that converts the information into an electric signal are necessary for the odor sensor. A thin electrically conductive layer is made by using P3HT (Poly(3-Hexylthiophene)) that is the conducting polymer for the transducer part, and the part that recognizes the molecule is additively modified on this transducer layer in the future. The resistance of the conductive layer was lowered by using Nano particle of Au (Au-NPs), and making a thin, steady electrode was enabled. The island structure of money of the sputtering at the early stage was used for Au-NPs. The gas response was examined by using the made electrode for three kinds of gases and the P3HT surface of the electrode was observed with AFM.
