Relationship between image characteristics of tree-drawing test and depression scale

(in English) In this paper, we present the relationship between the characteristic quantities of tree-drawing test and the depression scale. Tree-drawing test, in which patients draw a picture of tree with nuts, has often been used in psychosomatic internal medicine as a conventional psychological test, and this test is useful to examine their mental state. We analyzed their pictures by an image processing method, and calculated the characteristic quantities. We also examined their depression scale and found the relationship between those indices and depression scale using multiple regression analysis.
