Temperature Characteristic Measurements of Relative Permittivity for Dielectric Materials in Millimeter Wave Band

(in English) Temperature characteristic of relative permittivity for dielectric material in millimeter-wave band is presented in this paper. Under measurements, the Whispering-Gallery mode dielectric resonator which is placed inside of the temperature chamber is used. The temperature chamber is filled with nitrogen gas to avoid the condensation. Consequently, adequate resonant response is obtained from -40 to 125 deg. Therefore, the accurate measurement of relative permittivity is done. As a result, we found that relative permittivity of PTFE dielectric substrate is changed 3.1 % from -40 to 125 degree centigrade.
