Examination and problem for real operation of DNSSEC

(in English) DNSSEC is a function of DNS and guarantees the validity of communication with DNS server. It was standardized in RFC in 1999. Since Kaminsky Attack appeared in 2008, DNSSEC has been focused as the solution
to prevent DNS cache poisoning attack. Although some TLDs have introduced DNSSEC, many DNS servers have not introduced yet. We think this problem has two causes. The rst one is that the upper DNS servers have
not introduced yet. The second one is that operation of DNSSEC is complicated. So we proposed the DNSSEC's key maintenance method and tried to operate DNSSEC on the network which is modeled on NTT west's network
provided to users. In this paper, we explain our key maintenance method, the problems which are remained in our trial, and look for a possible solution to them.
