Synthesis of Pathological Voice using Subharmonic Laryngeal Source Model Based on Glottal Analysis and its Perceptual Evaluation

(in English) In this paper, a new laryngeal source model for synthesis of pathological voices were proposed. The proposed model consists of several modules, such as dumping function and amplitude modulator. Parameters of the model were estimated by using glottal area function, kymograph, and laryngo-topographic modal-analysis. Synthesized sounds were scaled in similarity to diplophona and roughness of GRBAS by listening test. As a result,
the proposed model was effective for synthesis of diplophonic and rough sounds.
