Vehicle Detection and Tracking using Motion Segmentation

(in English) This paper deals with the vehicle detection and tracking problem using motion segmentation algorithm.The motion segmentation is a technique that extracts moving regions from dynamic scene. Motion segmentation
algorithm which we use is able to detect regions even under a complicated scene such as the video images taken from a moving vehicle. In addition, region tracking is available because it calculates the motion of each region simultaneously. We present a vehicle detection and tracking algorithm which takes advantage of these merits.
And the effectiveness of our algorithm was confirmed by simulations.
