Fabrication of L10-FePt based TMR multilayer using Fe(PdxPt1-x) with tunable perpendicular magnetic anisotropy for spin torque transfer MRAM application

(in English) We have succeeded in fabrication of highly ordered L10-Fe(Pd,Pt) film with tunable perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.
The L10-Fe(Pd,Pd) film is one of suitable ferromagnetic material for memory cell (TMR multilayer) of high-performance Magnetic Random Access Memory with spin-transfer magnetization switching method. We also have succeeded in fabrication of TMR multilayer with the L10-Fe(Pd,Pt) film which is deposited with the optimized film configuration and annealing condition.
