Floating Order Concept of the Cloud -- Proposal of Community Provisioning --

(in English) This paper aims the construction of a conceptual frame that achieves floating order that always adjusts to the changing situation in the evolving community. Order that pays attention is certification, authentication, and authorization. In this paper, it will be tried to propose the concept of community provisioning to maintain floating order of the community. A community provisioning is defined to offer the interface to all the resources of the community that changes interacting. The community requires the hypothesis, "the Red Queen’s Hypothesis", of a genetic system of the living thing. And, it assumes the heuristic meta control to be the necessary condition. The provisioning offers information indispensable to control it, and becomes an interface to the system of the real world with the security function of the covert channel analysis and the personality identification, etc. We interpret the personality identification as should identification from the interpersonal relationship that is interactive and changes in the context.
