(in English) This paper proposes the text independent talker characteristics approximation technique for biometrics based authentication service focusing on the narrow band energy correlation in speech voice wave form. We focused on the nasal that indicates the personal where the stable body part. The variance is investigated in case of words(case1),recorded data(case2),and the talkers(case3). As a result, we found the talker characteristics can be obtain with 1 second length voice using 1189.2Hz to 5656.9Hz range. Also the variance of the characteristics is under 0.01 using over 20 sec. voice wave form.
