(in English) The problem of sampling theorem is reformulated from the functional analytic point of view. As a result, it is shown that the sampling problem agrees with a kind of inverse problems, which covers, for example, supervised learning. It is also shown that in the problem of sampling theorem the concept of the \textit{best approximation} is more essential than the concept of \textit{interpolation}, which is also true in the general scientific theory.
