Proposal and verification of traffic quality variation detection technique for over Gbps video transmission

(in English) The bursty traffic on the microsecond time scale negatively affects quality of the video traffic for the over Gbps video transmission. Although the high resolution monitor can detect the bursty traffic, the high resolution monitor is too expensive to deploy them on all network nodes. To solve this problem, we proposed a traffic quality variation detection technique involving the delay and the link utilization measurements. Moreover, we reported the experimental results for evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
