Node Recovery Typed ZigBee Network Configuration for Remote Control of Rescue Robots

(in English) In this paper, we propose a network configuration for remote control of rescue Robots. Rescue robots are intended for information acquisition of disaster area and detection of sufferers after occurrence of a disaster. Therefore, it has to construct wireless network as quick notice and communicate for a long time. In this paper, we consider a system employing ZigBee. This system is required to construct high LQI (Link quality Indication) network and reduce the number of deployed ZigBee nodes. We propose two types of ZigBee network configuration that recovering ZigBee nodes. We simulate the performance of two proposed methods to show effectiveness of the methods by simulation. By simulation results, we show that our proposed methods can construct high quality network and reduce the number of deployed ZigBee nodes in comparison with the conventional method.
