An ONU power saving control is studied in PON systems, and there is occurrence of latency until waking up in one of problems. In this paper, when we implement power saving control function in PON systems, we show that optimum power saving mode depend on permissible latency, and propose optimum power saving mode selecting algorithm considering services. |
