(in English) To satisfy the societal needs on fast and trustworthy information retrieval with low communication overhead, we identify the design requirements for the future networks, and propose a novel concept of Named Information Network (NIN). The proposed NIN comprises five main components: RR (Resolution/Routing) system, trustworthy information flow, multiple communication paradigms, caching policy, and information management. In this paper, we provide the architecture design on naming method, packet format, and functions of information router (IR) and information gateway (IGW). Then we mainly introduce the fundamental designs on RR system, scalable information registration/retrieval (SIRR). By SIRR, the closest copy of the requested information can discovered and retrieved, while reducing the communication overhead.
