Effect of user characteristic on response model of satisfaction considering waiting time

(in English) As a flexibility of ICT usage increases, convenience and comfort levels of service have become sensitive to contexts. In relation to this, an improvement of service quality has become demanding task which is complicated by a variety of related factors. For solving this task, a service design based on a behavior analysis from a user viewpoint is beginning to attract much attention. The authors have analyzed an impact of human factors on the service quality from a perspective of a human-network interaction. In this report, we discussed the mathematical modeling of human response of satisfaction considering waiting time. The proposed modeling is based on the hypothesis about psychological characteristics on the rating of satisfaction. We also reported validation results of our modeling by comparing estimated values and measured values.
