Learning for ATC decision on priority of runway usage

(in English) With the miniaturization of aircraft and increasing air traffic demand, the workload of air traffic controllers is expected to be increasing. If air traffic control information system can imitate the air traffic controllers’ decisions, this function enables the proposal of air traffic control instruction by the system and the workload of air traffic controller is expected to decrease. We applied multilayer percptron and support vector machine to the problem which of arriving aircraft and departing aircraft should be prioritized at the airport with a single runway.
