When the intrusion ESD in electronic Discharge, cause malfunction of the product or destruction of the semiconductor device. Protection circuit or ESD absorption device is used as an anti-ESD, but it might rise product costs or interfere with the high-density mounting. We have proposed a method to ESD discharges to ground pattern only in the wiring design. Moreover, we are trying to control of ESD Flashover direction by back electrode. |
