(in English) The author has been working as a support staff for the "Internet School of Tohoku University (ISTU)", which is a framework of e-learning used by all of the Tohoku University. As a part of the support, the author edited some user guides for e-learning system. In this report, some user guides for ICT system were discussed, from the point of view of "tacit knowledge" and "explicit knowledge." Recent ICT system gradually have had graphical interface, which have made users of them depend on “tacit knowledge." The author described the know-how to edit user guides for ISTU. Moreover, the author discussed how to transfer "tacit knowledge" into "explicit knowledge."
