Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we propose electric power supply for a stand-alone system which has photovoltaic cell, voltage boost and regulator on a single silicon chip. This power supply is designed by 0.18μm standard CMOS process. We designed and measured some types of photovoltaic cells. However power of a pn structure photovoltaic cell is weak to drive standard CMOS circuit so bootstrap charge pumps circuit and a regulator circuit are combined in this power supply. This power supply outputs about 1.5V and regulated for micro systems.
