Construction of Simulation Model for Vehicle State

(in English) In the traffic accidents at intersections at night, the probability of death is 2.9 times higher than in the daytime. Therefore, the wide area monitoring using by all-weather system to the reduction of traffic accidents is essential regardless of day or night. In this paper, we study on the construction of simulation Model for vehicle state. For carrying out the accurate radar simulation of right and left turns at the intersection environment, the state profile right and left turn is derived by applying the measured radar cross section of the vehicle to radar equation, and we estimate the vehicle state. Additionally, we conduct a measurement and compare between simulation and measurement.
