(in English) This paper analyzes the structure of the evaluation rubric to skill to express ideas. "Language A" of the International Baccalaureate in particular focused. The analysis materials used following three points. (1) IB Guidebook,(2)IB Evaluation standard,(3) IB DP Examination paper. To raise a skill to express by educational program of IB, Powers of expression, both in oral and written communication, and provide the opportunity of practicing and developing the skills involved in writing and speaking in a variety of style and situations. In addition, an ability to express ideas with clarity, coherence, conciseness, precision and fluency in both written and oral communication was important.
