(in English) In order to achieve the MO-SNOM, it is necessary to examine the polarization property of scattered light from the probe of the SNOM. The polarization property was examined by measuring the signal strength the cantilever close the chromium thin film. As a result, the scattered light from the near-field light preserved the polarization property for the s-polarized light and p-polarized light incident.On the other hand, for the incident light is polarized -45 degrees, the Polarization Properties consiting of two different lineary polarized lights.
