(in English) Until now，In the case of the unsteady state that a condition and the arrival process of various visitors fluctuate with time I suggested " Actively, Adaptively Controlled Queuing " (AACQ) which was the system that I followed it, and a queue system could control characteristic quantity adaptively and evaluated it. AACQ must be able to control it about no state to adapt itself for any situation from the system side in real time positively, and to control it. Therefore I assume the special situation that, in addition, arrival visitors suddenly increase on normal arrival to inspect that Actively, Adaptively Controlled Queuing is applicable to the arrival situation of various visitors and inspect it. When the value within the purpose cannot control characteristic quantity even if the control of the system controls it for a state of the arrival of the visitor suddenly increases using Actively, Adaptively Controlled Queuing, overloading it in this report with an applicable range, I am available and evaluate consideration through simulation each to be concrete.
