To analyze electromagnetic wave scattering in realistic environments with the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, we have developed a modeling system using a depth senor such as the Kinect and point cloud data. In this paper, we have shown that realistic FDTD indoor numerical models have been constructed using our system without stereo-camera systems or CAD modelings. Also, our system is about 10 times faster compared than using the structure from motion (SfM). |
