Query Processing in Moving Robot Databases

(in English) In this paper, we propose methods for monitoring query processing in moving robot databases. We develop our approach based on existing research in sensor databases. Features of moving robots, however, are different from that of sensor networks, so we extend the existing method in sensor databases for moving robot databases. We also propose four algorithms for planning robot movements: apriori-based method, bidirectional method, greedy method, and skyline-based method. We evaluate our approach based on simulation, and demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
