[Invited Talk] Revisit of speech processing by neural network

(in English) Recently, speech processing using neural networks has been revisited, because of the development of a new learning algorithm for multi-layer perception (deep neural network).
In this paper, we survey the speech processing techniques using neural networks studied by many researchers around 1990, and then look back over the past two decades. Finally we introduce and discuss about recent researches for speech processing by using neural networks.
