A proposal of a recommendation method of reviews describing characteristic minority opinions

(in English) Recently, many online shops offer their service with the product reviews. Those shops allow customers to comment or rate products. There have been many studies to analyze reviews analyses to find customers’ opinions in such comments. This is because those analyses are expected to give the shops some feedback necessary to promote the goods sales. However, the existing analysis methods based on text mining techniques usually focus on the occurrence number of words in reviews, which result in overlooking the minor but important opinions.
Therefore, in this study, we propose a method to recommend reviews that describe characteristic minority opinions. In order to take account of such opinions, we utilized ternary relationships between merchandises, reviews and dependency relation.
