A optimization of noise filter for image feature

(in English) Luminance component and color difference component are proceeded separately in a general noise reduction method to make high-quality images. Although luminance noise mainly contains high frequency component, moderate high frequency noise gives high image quality. On the other hand, because color noise includes low frequency to high frequency component, the design of color noise filter is complex comparing to the filter for luminance noise. In order to reduce the noise while retaining the feature of the images, we investigated the optimization of the color noise filter which combines various frequency filters. As the result of applying discrete filter to the color noise reduction method, we could achieve color noise reduction while preserving the resolution and texture.
