[Special Talk] Broadband two-stage amplifier design based on high-precision modeling of parasitic components for circuit implementation

(in English) We fabricated a broadband two-stage amplifier using high-frequency transistors with resin package. Instability of electrical characteristics due to parasitic becomes serious when the amplifier is implemented with resin-packaged transistors. To solve this problem, the designs are performed with equivalent models including the influence of electric field leakage from the transistor package and solder for mounting FETs and capacitors. Thereafter, it became possible to produce a broadband amplifier operating in 0.1 to 24GHz by eliminating the gain attenuation due to the resonances caused by the bias circuit.
