A Study on Non-Orthogonal Resource Sharing for Reliable Readiness Managements

(in English) This paper proposes a non-orthogonal resource sharing for reliable readiness resource managements. In general, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is recognized as a technique that allows mutual interferences among source terminals to improve throughput performance. A radical change of perspective for NOMA brings us to a feature that each terminal is capable of transmitting signals anytime without considering orthogonality of resources with the other terminals. On top of that, frame format and medium access control (MAC) protocol are carefully designed to provide preambleless transmissions, for the sake of reducing waiting time before data transfer. Finally, we propose a methodology to mitigate impacts of mutual interference caused by NOMA with the aid of forward error correction capability as well as sparseness of interference spectrum.
