(in English) We measured the relationship between offset and angular flux variations on HPCF step index multimode fiber． This paper describes the influence of offset joint upon the encircled angular flux (EAF) on limited NA launch condition． also we gauged the relationship between fiber offset and EAF at Equilibrium mode distribution state．
