Method of generating the system operation process flow

(in English) In recent years, high reliability and extremely diverse is required need for IT services. For this reason, It service providers are expected to carry out quickly and accurately failure recovery operations of a wide variety of equipment and software. The standardization of operating procedures of equipment and software is essential for the resolution of these issues. In this paper, we propose the data model of the system operation process flow, and the use of techniques and procedures accumulation of data using this model. Accordingly, IT service provider, thereby is allowed to create a reliable process flow data, only by performing the daily operations.
