Haptic stimuli are mainly caused by an active motion. If you focus on a shaking operation, you can guess a certain level of the physical properties of the contents in a box. It is often based on haptic and auditory stimuli. This paper describes an approach for implementing such a device; the development of a haptic device and control system as well as the modeling and simulation of a virtual box and its contents are presented in this paper. |
