Considerations of Education Business Model -- Perspective from Teaching Methods --

(in English) In recent years, the cramming school is becoming popular in the field of assisting to the high school education. Does the teaching method give a big effect for the education? And, does the teaching method give a big effect for the business? We propose the business model for education according to the kind of instruction type which arises by the student group organization in a class. There is the individual guidance in methods of organization of student group. On the other hand, MOOCs by using ICT is started in the place of the education. It is spread over the global. However, such an education is generally provided gratis. However, it spends some cost. It performs all of the education by a volunteer. Therefore, there is a opinion that the needed load is too big to the education method. In this paper, the value chain of the education is considered to withdraw the costs performing such the education.
