Abstract: We developed reliable high-power 760_nm distributed feedback laser diodes (DFB-LDs) for real-time monitoring application of oxygen. The reliable operation with an output power of 20 mW for 2800 hours has been achieved. The devices exhibited excellent mode-hopping-free operation for the spectroscopic oxygen monitoring with emission wavelength scanning by injection current modulation. The demonstrated results shows the devices can be applicable for the practical measurements of oxygen. |
