Cooperative Sensor Localization -- Comparison between Mutual Multilateration and Multidimensional Scaling --

(in English) “Cooperative localization” in which each sensor is estimated its location from the distance measured value to neighboring sensors and the localization value of neighboring sensors such as trilateration, reuses mutually localization result for renovation and improve the precision, is observed. We focus on Mutual Multilateration method and Multi-Dimensional Scaling which are typical methods in cooperative localization, evaluate localization accuracy in the case of the relative localization not using anchors from simulation of that two methods. As a result, we find out Mutual Multilateration method is better than of Multi-Dimensional Scaling in terms of localization accuracy.
