(in English) There is a "reminiscence" to one of the non-drug therapies that are useful in the prevention and treatment of dementia. Original hypothesis that when prompt the speech to elderly people with dementia in reminiscence, to speak in the voice of familiar person for himself, and, not valid or that revive the memory than in the case of the voice of those who do not to, subject to the three elderly people with dementia living in a nursing home, is performed demonstration experiment, was evaluated and study the reaction. As a result, it is not be said to be effective for the voice of a familiar person revive memory, but is suggested for smile increases, speech desire increases, there is a possibility of promoting the activation of the brain.
