(in English) This report deals with user-assisted QoE enhancement by QoS control for
audiovisual and haptic
interactive IP communications. We adopt media-adaptive buffering control as the QoS
control method. For selecting the playout buffering time, we employ a control method
by the user, an automatic control method by using QoE estimation, and switching
methods between the above two control methods. In a subjective experiment, we evaluate the
effect of subject attributes and tasks. As a result of the experiment, we show that it is
possible to achieve higher QoE by using the user-assisted QoS control methods. In addition,
we find that the best QoS control method depends on subject attributes.
