Crystal structure and Electric/Magnetic Properties of Bi-related perovskite Oxide thin film using Pulsed Laser Deposition Method

(in English) Oxide artificial superlattices and BiFeO3 (BFO) films are deposited by PLD method on SrTiO3(STO) substrates. The surfaces of [CaFeO3(CFO)/BFO]//STO(110) shows striped grains along STO[001]. [CFO/BFO]//STO(110) shows weak-ferromagnetic property. Monoclinic BFO//STO(110) film grow with the tilt along the STO[001] or [00-1] direction, including two grains. Leakage current of BFO//STO(100) film is caused by Poole-Frenkel type conduction. BFO/SrRuO3//STO(100) film shows clearer RHEED oscillation than BFO//STO(100) film.
