Extraction of consumer characteristics for organic vegetables based on investigation of product reviews on online shopping

(in English) The purpose of this research was to extract customer characteristics and dissatisfaction factors for organic vegetable sets based on investigation of product reviews on online shopping. Analysis of customer attributes and descriptions in product reviews suggested that 1) the main customers of organic vegetable sets were in their 20s and 30s, 2) various product descriptions of organic vegetable sets were provided by distributors (such as organic, pesticide free vegetables), 3) dissatisfaction with organic vegetable sets was caused by the low quality (such as rotting) and the late delivery, 4) main dissatisfaction factor of products with a low score were late delivery due to the high volume of orders. These results will help to make organic products attractive.
