Positional Accuracy of Probe fiber for Local-light Injection and Detection Instrument

(in English) We propose the optical access line switching system with momentarily interruption by using a local-light injection and detection technique to reduce the influence of end-users. This technique involves the bending optical fiber mechanically and injecting light through the probe fiber. The local-light injection and detection instrument consists of a jig which bends an optical fiber and a probe fiber which inject and detect the light from the side of a bent optical fiber. The immobilization of these parts require high precision positioning.
Therefore, in this paper, we discuss the position tolerance of the probe fiber at manufacturing of the local-light injection and detection fiber for a fix of the fiber position.
