LaFeO3 and CaFeOx films are deposited by PLD method. We changed O2 pressure during deposition 20Pa 1Pa 0.1Pa for the optimization of growth condition. CFO and LFO films were measurement by X-ray diffraction (XRD). CFO film all of O2 pressure observed indicated peaks indicate oxygen vacancy by XRD 2θ-θ pattern. The intensity ratio was calculated by CFO (002) PC peaks and extra peaks. At the O2 pressure 1Pa the intensity ratio was minimum (value: 0.011). Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) is also decrease by the O2 pressure during deposition. FWHM value that during deposition pressure was 1Pa decrease 40% compared with 20Pa. FWHM value that during deposition pressure was 0.1Pa decrease 7% compared with 1Pa. From the results the best O2 pressure was 1Pa. In the case of LFO at deposition pressure 1Pa, the result of rocking curve indicated two phase grown good crystallinity and the poor Crystallinity. FWHM calculate from rocking curve was a difference of 12% in 20Pa to 1Pa. |
