(in English) We study improvement of FePt nanoparticles arrangement process to develop bit patterned media (BPM) using chemical synthesized FePt nanoparticles whose size is about 4 nm.
However, heterogeneous of nanoparticles array by aggregation of nanoparticles and sufficiency of ordering percentage in FePt nanoparticles were also found when FePt nanoparticles were annealed to cause L10 ordering.
To deal with the problem, this study examined the effects of rapid thermal annealing (RTA) conditions.
In addition, we demonstrated chemical synthesized FePt nanoparticles which are isolated physically films on Si substrate by coating non magnetic layer.
