| 抄録 | （和） | 3・11直後, 被災地や各所で, 「スマートシティ」計画に注目が集まった. 約3ヶ月後, 2011年6月のSWIM研究会（以下, 研究会）において, IPA/SECの基調講演から「その安全性と信頼性をどう確保するか」との難題が出た. そこで, 約半年後の2011年11月の研究会で, 私は「スマートソサエティ」という社会において継続的に進化するモデルの在り方を提案した. そして, 3・11から約2年半後, 2013年8月, 仙台で開催された研究会の基調講演にて「被災地では目の前の課題との奮闘の後, 現在, ようやくモデルの話ができる時期にきている」という所見を拝聴することができた. そこで, 本稿では, 改めて被災地の状況およびスマート化の状況を捉え, 継続的に発展する動くモデルとそのデザイン技法を考案した. 特に, 情報技術産業および社会システムの今後の発展に向けて, 被災地の他の地域にも共通するモデルの動的なデザイン技法を探った. |
| （英） | After the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake（3・11）, the plan of smart city attracted attention of the sites of disaster and many other sites. After three months, in June 2011, IPA/SEC showed the keynote of the difficult agenda for the safety and the reliability of integrated software at the first meeting of SWIM society. So, after a half of year, in November 2011, I proposed the continuous evolving model for the smart society. And, after two years and a half of year from the disaster, in August 2013, on the keynote of the meeting in Sendai, I could hear the condition of the sites of disaster as the phase to communicate for the model after the fight against the task at hand. So, in this report, I would like to research today’s condition of the sites of disaster and smart model and show the original method of design for the dynamic model. Specifically, .I search the method of design of the common model for not only the site of Tohoku but also the other sites, and guide the evolving materials for the future of information technology industry and social system. | |
