| (in English) | After the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake（3・11）, the plan of smart city attracted attention of the sites of disaster and many other sites. After three months, in June 2011, IPA/SEC showed the keynote of the difficult agenda for the safety and the reliability of integrated software at the first meeting of SWIM society. So, after a half of year, in November 2011, I proposed the continuous evolving model for the smart society. And, after two years and a half of year from the disaster, in August 2013, on the keynote of the meeting in Sendai, I could hear the condition of the sites of disaster as the phase to communicate for the model after the fight against the task at hand. So, in this report, I would like to research today’s condition of the sites of disaster and smart model and show the original method of design for the dynamic model. Specifically, .I search the method of design of the common model for not only the site of Tohoku but also the other sites, and guide the evolving materials for the future of information technology industry and social system. | |
