| (in English) | We have been investigating the fabrication of three dimensionally aligned magnetic nanoparticles by utilizing a spherical structure and a crystallization ability of protein. In particular, in this work, we examined the synthesis of Co-Pt nano-particles into the Pyrococcus furiosus virus-like Particle (PfV) and the crystal made by the PfVs as well as the magnetic properties of the fabricated samples. It was found that by soaking the Co-Pt nanoparticles with the PfV crystal, the Co-Pt nanoparticles were successfully integrated into the PfV crystal in keeping the PfV crystal shape. We also found that the fabricated samples exhibit the magnetic saturation above 30 kOe at 10 K suggesting that the magnetic order was realized in the Co-Pt nanoparticles. | |
