(in English) We focus on the communication of Speech-Language-Hearing Therapist (ST), who supports with development of language for children in rehabilitation unit, and propose the design directions of ICT for supporting ST’s communications by clarifying ST’s skills and communication problems with others. We conduct participant observation in the rehabilitation unit and ethnographic interview. We found out that there are particular problems on medical site, and ST communicates with each other based on not only specialist skills but also sociality skills. We found out that there are particular problems on medical site, and in order to solve these problems, STs tried to communicate with others by using not only specialist skills but also non-technical skills, like changing expressions depending on the development level of the patient. Based on the skills, we discuss several design directions to support ST’s communications the use of ICT.
